We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers. Please note orders are shipped only on working days. Eastimated shipping time does not include Weekly Offs and Holidays. Also Shipment may get delayed due to bad weather or strike or any other reason beyond our control.

Delayed Orders
Unexpected delays can occur due to various reasons such as logistic challenges, inclement weather, high demand, or carrier issues. We will promptly notify you with updates on the status of your order and the expected new delivery time. Our goal is to provide clear and accurate information so you can plan accordingly.

If your order is significantly delayed, you will have the choice to continue with the order, modify it, or cancel it for a full refund. Please Note once order is dispatched from our facility it is no longer in our control as shipping companies are third parties and human factors are involved, while expected date of delivery is displayed to customers and tracking details are also sent in sms, shipping companies may take longer to deliver due to multiple reasons beyond human control.
In case customer rejects order at the time of delivery due to any reason refund will be processed after deduction of 2 way shipping charges.

We ship PAN India. Delivery time is around 5 to 7 working days depending on the accessibility of the location, weather condition, any government restriction and delivery partner availability. Rest assured we choose the best courier partner only to fulfill all our customer orders.
Usually, we try to ship on the same day unless an order is received on a weekend or during Holidays to which the order will be dispatched on the first working day.
We ship orders with the help of our Shipping Partners. Thus, we rely on them and delivery may get delayed in cases wherein address has an error, government restrictions, due to bad weather or order is received from a remote place. However, we will be taking follow-ups to ensure that you receive the product well on time. There are shipping charges associated when you place the order. It may vary in some cases and shall be bearable by the customer.
We will share the Order Tracking details either by message or via email, or both as applicable. You can use the same to track your order and can contact us if you find any issue. If you do not receive the delivery and tracking shows a parcel delivered with a sms/email then you need to inform us about the same immediately. We will not entertain any non-delivery cases after 3 days of the delivery status.
